Step back in time and embrace the glamour, sophistication, and playful spirit of the 1920s! This year’s charity ball calls for elegant vintage style, inspired by the golden age of jazz, flappers, and Art Deco luxury.
Beaded or fringed outfits, drop-waist silhouettes, and dazzling embellishments bring the energy of the era or Sleek evening wear in satin or velvet, paired with Art Deco-inspired jewellery or accessories, exudes classic elegance.
A classic tuxedo, three-piece suit, or waistcoat and trousers set the tone for timeless 1920s sophistication or Double-breasted suits, pinstripes, bow ties, and bold accessories give a suave prohibition-era vibe.
Add some Glamor with Feathered headpieces, pocket watches, pearl necklaces, beaded clutches, suspenders, and elegant gloves all add a vintage touch.
Whether you’re embracing the elegance of a Great Gatsby soiree, the charm of a speakeasy reveller, or the energy of a jazz-age celebration, dress to impress and let’s make this a night to remember!
Charity
A local charity with a big ambition: to help everyone face death informed, supported and pain free. Providing expert hospice care, They are there for people in West Sussex and East Surrey when life comes full circle.
They also pioneer standards in end of life care through collaboration, research and training, reaching even more people facing death and bereavement.
The Coopers are on the move again for St. Catherines
Over the last decade, the Cooper Family has been involved in various volunteering and fundraising efforts to support St. Catherines.
With a particular focus on walking events, the family has recently taken part in the Great Wall of China Trek 2018 (link), the Saharan Sand Dunes Trek 2022 (link), Saharan Sand Dunes part two (replacing Petra due to the conflicts in the region at the time) 2024, and Sri Lanka Rain Forest (2025).
So to follow that theme family members will again take to their feet and take part in the Trek to Cambodia in 2025.

The Menu
The venue’s executive chefs have been hard at work crafting a sumptuous three-course dinner menu, carefully designed to capture the elegance and indulgence of the 1920s.
Combining seasonal ingredients with exquisite flavours, the menu promises a dining experience worthy of the era’s finest soirées.
Full details will be revealed closer to the event, but expect a feast that perfectly complements an evening of glamour, celebration, and entertainment.
Dietary Needs
Our menu is as dietary friendly as possible, all courses are Gluten Free and there is a vegetarian alternative (we do need to know at least three weeks before the event).

How It Works
To participate, simply purchase raffle tickets on the night. The more tickets you buy, the higher your chances of winning!
We will have a wide range of incredible prizes available. Take a look at our prize list on the night and decide which ones you'd like to win.
On the day of the event, we will hold a live drawing to determine the lucky winners. Stay tuned for updates on how to watch the drawing.
Prizes
All of our prizes are donations from local and national businesses, we are very thankful for their wonderful support.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Winners must be in attendance at the time of the draw.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- The raffle drawing will be conducted fairly and transparently.
